| The 1987 Dominus Estate is the fifth vintage produced
by the John Daniel Society, and, as always, made solely from grapes
grown on the historic Napanook Vineyard in Yountville, California.
The 1987 vintage has a similar blend to 1986, even though it is
a completely different style wine. It is the proof that classical
winemaking (single vineyard, non-intervening winemaking and no acidification)
allows the vintage to express itself through the fruit, and therefore
the wine.
