Dominus 1986

The 1986 Dominus Estate is the fourth vintage produced by the John Daniel Society, and, as always, made solely from grapes grown on the historic Napanook Vineyard in Yountville, California.

The 1986 vintage marks the first wine produced in the “second series” of Dominus Estate. Cabernet Franc was added to the final blend for the first time, introducing a floral character and a complexity that was not found in the previous wines.
